Can Guv Broker Peace Between Naidu and KCR?

Tension is palpable among the TDP circles about the next step chief minister K Chandrasekhar going to take in the next couple of days.  They are clueless as to the next possible move of  Telangana ACB. Even though a day passed off without any raucous between the TDP and TRS, everything will be dependent on what message governor ESL Narasimhan would deliver to the warring parties. For two days the governor had high-level consultations with the president, the prime minister and home minister on the cash-for-vote and telephone tapping in national cpaital.
Observers believe that the governor will certainly work towards pacifying the chief ministers of Telangana and Andhra inorder to restore normality on the advice of  the union government.
If there is any move for rapprochement from Raj Bhavan, it would reflect in the statement  Elvis Stephenson is going to make before Magistrate under section 164 of CrPC as principal complainant. This statement, which is normally recorded, or audio or video recorded in the presence of magistrate and the advocates of accused, is not retractable. So, if Naidu and KCR agree for a truce, the name of Andhra Pradesh chief minister would not figure in the statement of Stephenson. The ACB will ensure that nothing that embarrasses Naidu is uttered by Stephenson.  Naidu would be spared from the ignominy of testifying before the ACB.
Now, all eyes are Stephenson and the other key witnesses whom the ACB wants to make a statement under Section 164 of CrPC ,in all probability, on Saturday.
