More than 10 people, including a child, died in a ghastly road accident that occurred in Nalgonda district on Wednesday afternoon around 3.30. The accident occurred when a lorry collided head on with a Nalgonda-bound Bhoangir bus. All the injured have been shifted to Ramannapet and Chityala hospitals. The bus bearing the number AP29 Z 2270 belongs to Narkatpalli depot. The collision took place at a place called Indrapal Nagar. About 45 passengers were traveling in the bus when the accident occurred. The bus got totally mangled in the impact of the collision. The condition of more than a dozen injured are said to critical. The death toll is expected to go up. Minister Nayani Narasimha Reedy, Mahender Reddy and Jagdish Reddy left for the accident spot. CM K Chandrasekhar Rao expressed shock at the incident. Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu also expressed anguish at the accident.
