2.0 8 days worldwide collections

2.0 has finished its extended week worldwide with a gross of 450 Crores. This is the film Tamil Film to breach the benchmark. Still this isnt sufficient for the film as the stakes are high. The film has collected a worldwide gross of 457 Cr & a distributor share of 228 Cr. Worldwide theatricals of the film are valued at 370 Cr which means a recovery of 61 percent so far.

Domestic Analysis:

In India the film is majorly driven by North India which is contributing about 50 percent of the All India Total. The film will emerge as a Hit there by the end of second week.

Coming to South India:

Biggest disappointment for the film is Tamil Nadu where the rights are valued for 100 cr and it has collected only 40 cr share so far. Endhiran has collected 62 cr share and this film might struggle to match that number.

In Telugu States the film has collected 41.7 Cr share against 72 cr rights which is about 58 percent recovery and is expected to end in between 70-75 percent in full run.

In karnataka the film as collected 17 cr share so far against 30 cr rights which is about 57 percent recovery. it is expected to end its run in between 75-80 percent recovery.

In kerala the film has collected 7.1 cr share so far against 14 cr rights which is about 50 percent recovery. This is the second least recovery after Tamil Nadu. it is expected to add another 2-2.5 cr share here which will make it in between 65-70 percent recovery.

Overseas Analysis

North America is the biggest contributor for the film with 4.3 million gross. it has collect about 8 million to termed as a hit here.

The film did well in Australia & New Zealand which are the only countries to achieve break-even in Overseas.

Total overseas rights of the film are valued at 75 cr including release costs and the film has collected about 51.2 cr share which is about 68 percent recovery. The film is expected to end its run here in between 80-85 percent recovery.
