Tollywood actors are quite happy with the way the recent releases are performing at the ticket windows of Telugu states. Post coronavirus pandemic, the actors are in huge demand. Even the small notable actors have signed a bunch of films in the recent months. After spending the entire 2020 idle, all the actors of Telugu cinema decided to work without breaks and shoot for multiple projects. Chiranjeevi is shooting for Acharya and he would commence the shoot of Lucifer remake. After this, he would take up Vedhalam remake and then he would shift his focus to Bobby’s film.
Chiranjeevi asked the makers of all these projects to complete the films in three months each. Allu Arjun will complete Pushpa and will start Koratala Siva’s film this year. He also has Sriram Venu’s Icon lined up and he is in talks for a couple of other projects. Nani completed Tuck Jagadish and is fastly shooting for Shyam Singha Roy. He will start Ante Sundaraniki from May and he will announce his next projects soon. Nani will have three releases this year. Nithiin also announced three releases in four months. Young actors like Naga Shaurya, Vishwak Sen, Sree Vishnu are shooting for multiple projects.
Top actors like Balakrishna, Mahesh Babu, NTR, Ram Charan are planning a strong lineup of projects for the next two years. The biggest surprise is that none of the actors slashed their remuneration and some of them even hiked their fees after the arrival of coronavirus. Almost all the Tollywood actors are in plans to wrap up multiple projects soon and they asked their directors and producers to plan quick schedules without major breaks. This is the new resolution for Tollywood stars.
