Hyderabad: Even after 80 days of encounter death of naxalite-turned-renegade Mohammad Nayeemuddin, the gangster has become a subject of discussion in the two Telugu States. After many twists and sensational revelations, the Nayeem case and the probe of his illegal dhandha is giving sleepless nights to several top cops and politicians.
Although there is strong evidence that crores of rupees had turned hands between the politicians and Nayeem, the Special Investigative Team (SIT) which is probing the case is facing flak from the people and the victims. Meanwhile, several politicians were surfaced in the case as the probe is underway. Telangana Legislative Council Vice Chairman Neti Vidyasagar Rao’s relative – Ravinder gave a statement to the police. The statement revealed some more facts.
Ten acre land was registered in the name of Vidyasagar in Bommaipalle, Bhongir was done as per the directions of the Council Vice Chairman. It is also learnt that one acre land was registered under the name of Nagaiah who is working as maid in Vidyasagar’s house.
Others, who wished to make fast bucks, in the name of Seshanna and Nayeem have been resorting to threaten several businessmen and merchants in Nalgonda district.
