The L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad is all set to launch three major commercial complexes in Hyderabad by next year. The managing director of L&T confirmed the same to the media this morning. Notably, these commercial complexes will be just like anyother shopping malls in the city, however, will be the city’s biggest mall.
Speaking to the media after unveiling the logo of the metro shopping malls, Metrol Rail MD Gadgil said that their mall will change the outlook of Hyderabad. These malls will come up at Hitec City, Punjagutta and Erramanzil—the important junctions in the city.
Briefing about the real-estate space, Mr Gadgil said that 40 per cent of the space has already been acquired and the construction works will commence shortly.
The MD further said that as per the concessionaire agreement, the malls can operate for a period of sixty years.
