Young actor Nikhil’s upcoming film Sankarabharanam is nearing completion and the makers have made a formal statement that the film will hit the screens for Diwali later this year. The film, a joint production of writer Kona Venkat and MVV Satyanarayana, centers on a wealthy NRI who visits India and gets mired in a tricky situation with an array of problems. Touted to be a crime comedy, Sankarabharanam marks the directional debut of Uday Nandanavanam.
Nanditha is playing the female lead and actress Anjali is essaying an important role in the film. The shooting of the film is nearing completion and it will be wrapped up in a couple of weeks. Major part of the filming is done in US, Bihar and Pune. The film’s audio launch event will take place in Hyderabad next month. Praveen Lakkiraju is the music composer.
