Creative director Krishna Vamsi has a special place in the hearts of the Telugu audience. The ace director failed to score a hit over the past few years and he pinned huge hopes on his next movie titled Nakshatram. Sundeep Kishan, Regina, Sai Dharamtej, Pragya Jaiswal are the lead actors in the film which wrapped up shoot and is aiming for post-summer release. Krishna Vamsi is currently busy with the post-production work which will be wrapped up soon.

The talented director is currently in talks with veteran actor Prakashraj to remake a Marathi blockbuster Natasamrat featuring Nana Patekar in the lead role. A special screening of the film has been held for Prakashraj and he is yet to reveal out his decision. Krishna Vamsi is in talks with Nana Patekar for the remake rights who will produce the film on his own banner. Natasamrat is all about the life story of a stage actor who retires from acting and about his memories.
