Akkineni third generation star Akhil is back on the shooting floors after nearly 18 months gap. Talented director Vikram Kumar has been given the responsibility to relaunch Akhil and Nagarjuna himself is bankrolling the film on Annapurna Studios banner.
According to the latest update, popular character artist Ajay has been roped in play Akhil’s nemesis in the film. This is second outing for Ajay with Vikram Kumar. He played the main antagonist in Vikram’s last film, 24, a sci-fi thriller which starred Surya in the lead role. It is learnt that Ajay is very impressed with the character and signed on the dotted line with no second thoughts.
Jinnu and Ekkada Ekkada Undo Taraka are the titles in consideration for this film. Tipped to be a romantic entertainer with good dose of action elements, the film is likely to star a happening young actress as the leading lady.
