The party’s victory in UP elections was historical and placed it in an unquestionable position. According to the initial reports, the BJP is heading for a comfortable victory in Odisha following its success in the February local body elections.
Riding on this success, the BJP leaders want to hold the meeting and use it to strengthen the party in Andhra Pradesh. The party is planning to expand its base in the State in the days to come and set it ready to go it alone for the 2019 elections.
