Born blind in an uneducated family from remote village in Machilipatnam, Srikanth as a CEO today warmly welcomes persons with disabilities and also uneducated into Bollant Industries by employing them in manufacturing eco-friendly and disposable consumer packaging solutions

How did he do it all? After facing all the discrimination which was demoralizing, Srikanth today is a role model for challenged people who want to take up Sciences and not Arts stream.
While the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) couldn’t see Srikanth’s ability past his disability, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) recognized his skill and accepted him as the first international blind student.
He created his own future which is worth millions today and hopes to be a role model for other companies to follow their footsteps in empowering the world so that the world can empower by itself.
The only special need that people with disabilities have is to be accepted and loved the way they are. While people take forever to understand the very fact, Srikanth without seeing and only by sensing comprehended the need of such people.
Srikanth hopes that the world becomes a place of equal opportunities for everyone globally irrespective of the outcome and certainty
