Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu who is enduring a foreign tour, took a stock of the political situation in Telangana TDP, following the reports of A Revanth Reddy’s defection into Congress.
Minister IT&C Nara Lokesh who is closely reviewing the situation reportedly conveyed the information to the party supremo. Naidu spoke to T-TDP leader L Ramana on Sunday.
Ramana not only detailed the Revanth episode but also allegedly gave the names of leaders who might defect along with the TDP working president. Chandrababu reportedly instructed the TDP leaders to avoid making comments in haste and wait until he returns from his tour.
However, Revanth left the party leaders and people puzzled about his political moves and condemned all the reports about him. He said that he would speak to Chandrababu before disclosing his political ambitions.
