Ravi Teja hikes remuneration

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja resurrected himself in Tollywood courtesy of the strong success attained from his recent outing Raja The Great. The commercial success of the film has put Ravi Teja’s stuttering career back on the right track and he is now looking to continue the success streak with his upcoming films. The Kick actor is currently shooting for Touch Chesi Chudu which is aiming for Sankranthi release.

Reportedly, the success of Raja The Great has encouraged Ravi Teja to hike his remuneration for upcoming projects. As we reported earlier, Ravi Teja was supposed to team up with entertainers specialist filmmaker Sreenu Vaitla for a film next year. Top production house Mythri Movie Makers are to back this crazy combination.

However, they are in a dilemma after Ravi Teja hiked the remuneration. For Raja The Great, he was paid in the range of 6-7 Crores and now he is demanding 12 Crores for his next projects. As Ravi Teja has a limited market in the range of 30 Crores, the production is undecided whether to go for the project or not.

We have to wait and see if the Ravi Teja – Sreenu Vaitla project go on floors or not.
