Ahead of his music concert in Hyderabad which marks his 25 years as music composer, maestro AR Rahman made a surprise announcement during his interview with ‘The Hindu’ news daily.
The Oscar winning composer revealed that he has backed out from Megastar Chiranjeevi’s highly anticipated film SyeRaa Narasimha Reddy due to other commitments .Rahman said Chiranjeevi is a great actor and SyeRaa has a wonderful script, but he couldn’t make himself available as he is occupied with few others projects for which he committed before SyeRaa.
So, with AR Rahman ending all the ongoing speculations in media, it is clear that the makers are on the lookout for his replacement. This development comes as a huge setback for SyeRaa makers as they have already deferred the shoot due to the exit of cinematographer Ravi Varman.
