Earlier this year, Nene Raju Nene Mantri, Jai Janaki Nayaka and LIE clashed at the box office in the span of three days. The result is none of the three films managed to collect good revenues despite garnering decent talk. Trade circles felt that mutual understanding between the producers of these three films could have altered their box office status.
Now, a similar scenario is likely to be repeated in December. Nani’s MCA, Akhil’s Hello and Allu Sirish’s Okka Kshanam Are schedule to release on consecutive days. The three way clash between these three notable films will surely impact their collections irrespective of the talk they generate. It would be ideal for all three films if they release with a gap of one week each.
We have to wait and see if all three producers meet and mutually alter the release dates or they repeat the same mistake just like the Independence day releases.
