Yesteryear actress Savitri left an everlasting impression in the hearts of South audience. Her life history is now being made in the form of a feature film with happening beauty Keerthi Suresh stepping into the shoes of the iconic actress. Titled as Mahanati, the film is tipped to be a glorifying biopic which gives account of Savitri’s eventful life marked with several highs and lows.

The makers of this much awaited biopic have unveiled the logo poster in an attractive way. A video snippet of one minute 13 seconds has been released to give a sneak peek into the biopic. The video starts with the opening of what is seen as a magical box ( termed as Priyadarshini) with some of the iconic dialogues of Savitri’s classics heard in the background. The logo with a cool design accompanied by classy background score is revealed in the end.

The film, which features Samantha, Dulquer Salmaan and Vijay Devarakonda in important roles, is slated to hit the screens on March 29, 2018.

Nag Ashwin is the film’s director and Vyjayanthi Movies is bankrolling it.
