Actor Allu Sirish, who is awaiting the release of his forthcoming film Okka Kshanam, denied ongoing rumours that the film is a copied version of Parallel Life, a Korean film which has incarnation as the basic premise.
Since the time the first trailer of Okka Kshanam has been released by the makers, there have been numerous reports that the film is a freemake of Parallel Life. While Allu Sirish and his team didn’t respond on them, yesterday the trailer of 2 Memiddaram, an upcoming film from AK Entertainments banner which is an official remake of Parallel Life was unveiled and there are also reports that they are going to proceed legally on Okka Kshanam. This has prompted Allu Sirish to finally open up on the issue.
Speaking to the press from the sets of Okka Kshanam, Sirish clarified that Okka Kshanam has a similar storyline but is not the freemake of Parallel Life. He asserted that they have made a original film and also wished good luck to 2 Memiddaram.
Directed by VI Anand, Okka Kshanam is slated to hit the screens in the last week of December.
