NBK’s 102nd film Jai Simha is all set to release on 12th Jan. Though there is not much buzz on the film mainly because of the out of form director KS Ravi Kumar. KS Ravikumar who once gave stupendous hits like Naatamai (Pedarayudu original), Mutu, Padayappa (Rajni’s Narasimha), has not tasted success in last 7 to 8 years. His Linga was one of the biggest disasters in Rajni’s career. On the other hand Bala Krishna has terrific record in movies that released for Pongal like Samara Simha Reddy, Narasimha Naidu and Laxmi Narasimha.
Meanwhile Bala Krishna was interacting with various channels for promotions of Jai Simha and he faced an interesting question whether film industry will move to Andhra Pradesh from Hyderabad. He told – we should not expect that industry should be moved completely to AP. We may aspire for industry to be present in both states. Because both are Telugu states and film industry needs to prosper in both the states. He added, he will build a studio in AP to facilitate film industry growth in AP state.
However, he did not mention when that will happen and if there is any specific action plan for that.
