The Uppal Police finally tracked down the human sacrifice of a 3-month-old baby. The gruesome incident took place on the midnight of 31st January, the day of the lunar eclipse. A 3-month-old child’s head was found on the terrace of Cab Driver Rajasekhar’s house on last Thursday. The police took two neighbours – Narahari and his son Ranjith, after sniffer dogs led the police to their house. Upon examining the CCTV footage, the police came to a conclusion that Rajasekhar is behind all this, and arrested him.

Going into the story, the news that a 3-month-old baby’s head was found on a terrace in Chilukanagar, Uppal shocked everyone in the state. When Rajasekhar’s mother-in-law went to the terrace to dry clothes, she screamed on seeing the baby’s head. The police reached the scene on receiving the information. The latest development is, the police have come to a conclusion that, it would indeed Can Driver Rajasekhar who is behind everything.

‘A priest advised Rajasekhar that, his wealth and his wife’s health would improve if he makes a human sacrifice on Lunar Eclipse day. Accordingly, Rajasekhar with the help of two middlemen managed to procure the 3-month-old baby from a small Tribal village in Karimnagar. The human sacrifice took place on January 31st, past midnight. To divert the police attention, he cleverly threw the remains of the child’s hair into his neighbour, Narahari’s balcony. We nabbed 3 individuals, including Cab Driver Rajasekhar in this case. We are also investigating to find the person who traded the child to Rajasekhar’, said police officer involved with the investigation.
