Saakshyam trailer Review
The theatrical trailer of Bellamkonda Srinivas’ Saakshyam has been unveiled during the audio launch event and it glimpses the basic premise of the film and what unfolds on the big screen after its release.
The two minute trailer offers a fantasy thriller loaded with commercial elements. The story looks to be inspired by the philosophical theme that nature is the witness for everything that happens on earth.
Remember Ramya Krishna’s intro scene in Baahubali where she looks up into the skies holding a Baby in her two hands and entreats lord ‘Eeshwara’ to cause for his survival. A similar scene is replicated with Meena in this film.
Srinivas makes a dashing entry performing daredevil stunts and a couple of scenes with Pooja Hegde are showcased in the trailer. Jagapathi Babu seems to have got another menacing role.
Dialogues by Sai Madhav Burra are effective and sharp. The visuals look grand and so does the art work.
All in all, director Sriwaas seems to have selected a fantasy genre and loaded it with commercial elements. He is also banking on strong technical team. What remains to be seen if Sriwaas can convince audience with this slightly odd subject or not.
