NTR Biopic budget

Nandamuri Balakrishna is busy with NTR, the biopic of his father and legendary actor NTR. Balakrishna even turned producer with NTR and floated his own banner NBK Films to bankroll the project. Vishnu Induri came up with the idea of NTR’s biopic and hence he was asked to co-produce the film. Balakrishna’s close friend Sai Korrapati was quite interested after which Sai too joined the list of producers. Now NBK Films, Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram and Vibri Media are jointly producing NTR.

The film has been planned on a budget of Rs 50 crores. Balakrishna decided to invest half of the amount and he will share half of the profits from the film. Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri will invest Rs 12.5 crores each and will share the other half from the profits. The film started rolling with an initial budget of Rs 12 crores and will invest the rest in the coming months. Krish is the director of NTR and the makers are keen on releasing the film on January 9th next year during Sankranthi.
