‘Mahakutami’ leaders have stepped up their attack on Telangana Rashtra Samithi. Congress Telangana unit president Utham Kumar Reddy has said that after the December election, TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao will take permanent rest in his farm house while his son K. Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) will go back to America. Utham Kumar says that KCR will pay a heavy price in this election itself for all the lies he has told Telangana people ever since statehood formation.
Saying that KCR has run his party only for the benefit of his family members and his relatives, Utham Kumar said that the voters will teach him a fitting lesson this time unlike in 2014. He further asserted that KCR had rightly guessed what is going to happen to him in the polls which is why he has said he will take comfort in farm house if he loses this time. Utham Kumar said that there was no way KCR could get re-election considering the massive discontent within his TRS party against his biased approach not to speak of rival parties.
Mahakutami leaders are becoming assertive and confident in the run up to the December 7 election as the alliance partners have launched a combined attack on TRS. Utham Kumar said that this election could be described as a batter between KCR family and Telangana people going by the manner in which KCR had totally failed to fulfill his 2014 election promises. He called upon the voters to realise the need to bury the political career of KCR because of all his betrayal of the Telangana cause after coming to power.
On December 12, the Congress, Telugu Desam Party, Telangana Jana Samithi and CPI will jointly form the government in Telangana. The people are ready to free the state from the unjust family rule of KCR who is interested only to promote his son KTR, said Utham Kumar.
