The Congress party, which is leading Prajakutami with the alliance of TDP, TJS and CPI, is implementing ‘Gujarat Formula’ in Telangana state to defeat the ruling TRS Party.
Though the Formula did not give power in Gujarat to the party, it gained more votes and gave big-shock to the ruling party BJP in the state, which is native of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.
In Gujarat Assembly polls, the Congress gave tickets to mass leaders Mr. Alhesh Thakur, Dalit Leader Mr. Jignesh Mevani and Patidar Movement leader Mr. Harthik Patel. Similarly, the congress is taking support of few prominent Dalit, BC and Mass leaders in Telangana state. Though the Mass Singer Mr. Gaddar is not contesting in the election, he is campaigning with his songs for Prajakutami. Another Dalit Leader Mr. Manda Krishna Madiga had also extended his support to the Congress Party and gave a call to all the Dalits in the state to support to Prajakutami. Prominent leaders from BC community Mr. R.Krishnaiah and Mr. Kasani Gnaneswar were given tickets from the Congress at the last moment before the deadline of nominations. While Krishnaiah is contesting from Miryalaguda segment, Mr. Kasani is in poll-fight from Secunderabad constituency and contesting against Minister Mr. Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
Apart from the strength of other parties like TDP, TJS and CPI, the Congress is expecting a great majority and victory in the T-polls with the support of the four mass leaders.
