Mega-Nandamuri war is not a new thing in Tollywood. Since three decades, Chiranjeevi and Bala Krishna have been competing with their movies and the healthy competition between them proved a boon to industry many times. The last time they competed was during Khaidi number 150 and Gautamiputra Satakarni release and both movies did well at box office and brought profits to buyers. Now Ramcharan’s Vinaya Vidheya Rama and NTR biopic are releasing during pongal and audience are curious to watch both of these films.
However, Ramcharan’s comments during a TV interview delighted Bala Krishna fans as well. Speaking about Boyapati’s style, Ram Charan told that Boyapati is known for writing lengthy and powerful mass dialogues for his heroes and Bala Krishna used to deliver those dialogues with high intensity. He added, at first he was intimidated to deliver Boyapati dialogues in the same way Balayya did, but he trusted Boyapati blindly and gave what his director wanted. Ramcharan’s statements indirectly praising Balayya’s dialogue delivery delighted Nandamuri fans.
Of course, Ramcharan also proved his mettle as an actor with movies like Magadheera and Rangasthalam and so his positive statements towards Balayya are seen as a nice gesture from his side. Moreover his comments appreciated as they came during the time when Nagababu vs Balayya war of words is still going on in social media. We will have to wait and see who will be the winner of this Pongal.
