Bharatiya Janata Party MP Subramanian Swamy, who is known for controversial comments, now made mean and controversial comments on Priyanka Gandhi. He said that Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi is suffering from bipolar disorder and she even beats up people.
On January 23, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was appointed as Congress’ general secretary for eastern Uttar Pradesh. Lok Sabha constituencies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also fall in eastern UP. Ever since she is appointed to the prominent post, BJP leaders started attacking her. BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya said, in the Congress party, someone wants to bring actor Kareena Kapoor Khan, some want to field Salman Khan in Lok Sabha polls. Now BJP MP Subramanian Swamy commented that, ‘She has a disorder of bipolarity. She beats up people. Her ailment does not make her fit to lead a public life. The public should know when she is likely to lose mental balance.’ Bipolar disorder also known as manic depression, is a mental disorder that causes periods of depression and periods of abnormally elevated mood. During mania, an individual behaves or feels abnormally energetic, happy, or irritable. Swamy’s statements attracting lot of criticism not only from Congress fans but also general public.
