Superstar Rajinikanth and director AR Murugadoss are collaborating for the first time and the pre production activities of this much awaited film are currently happening in full swing. Touted to be a hard hitting social drama, the film will see Rajinikanth playing a dutiful cop who takes on the evil forces in the government system.
Reportedly, Murugadoss is looking to shoot most part of the film in and around Mumbai as the story is set in the backdrop of this city. Earlier, Rajinikanth shot in Mumbai for Baasha and Petta and Murugadoss worked here for Vijay’s Kaththi and Suriya’s Ghajini.
The untitled film is expected to go on floors in this month. Nayanatara and Keerthi Suresh are the forerunners to play the lead heroine in this big budget entertainer. Anirudh Ravichander will compose the soundtrack and Santosh Srinivas will crank the camera.
