Vennela Kishore is undoubtedly the most sought after comedian in Tollywood right now. He is on the wishlist of many top directors and he has a solid line up of films. Now, he has been signed up for a rib-tickling role in Akkineni Nagarjuna’s next film which is tentatively titled as Manmadhudu 2. Director Rahul Ravindran has roped in Vennela Kishore for a full-length entertaining role in this romantic comedy which is set to start rolling very soon.
It is a well-known fact that Brahmanandam played an entertaining character in Manmadhudu. He and Nag have left the audience in splits with their hilarious episodes shot in France. Now, Vennela Kishore will step into a similar role in Manmadhudu 2. Sources revealed that he will play Nag’s sidekick and will have considerable screen presence in the film. He will join the sets in Europe schedule. Rahul Ravindran wants to make this an out and out comedy caper laced with romance and drama.
Rakul Preet Singh will play the film’s leading lady. Annapurna Studios will bankroll the film.
