Mayawati today came to Andhra Pradesh and convenes a press meeting along with Pawan kalyan. It is known news that Pawan’s Janasena, Mayawati’s BSP and communists are in alliance for 2019 AP elections. During her press meet, she gave a quirky reply to the question asked by a media person, “Whose votes will Janasena split – TDP or YSRCP and who will get benefited CBN or Jagan because of this vote split.
BSP president and 4 times CM of UP, Mayawati, during the press meet described Pawan Kalyan as leader with passion to serve the poor and the downtrodden. She also assured to give Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh if her alliance comes into power in the center. She also lambasted both the Congress and the BJP for cheating people of AP on Special category status. She reminded that BJP promised SCS to AP during 2014 elections but failed to keep that promise. Pawan Kalyan praised Mayawati as a leader with proven track-record of administration. He added that the country needed her services as the Prime Minister. Mayawati told, she is confident that Pawan will become next CM of AP.
However, a media person asked Mayawati a tricky question that whose votes will Janasena-BSP alliance will split and whether this alliance would help Telugu Desam Party. Mayawati she shot back, “don’t you think split in TDP and YSR Congress Party votes will help our alliance to form the government in Andhra Pradesh?”. Her quirky reply surprised media people and they were seen discussing she is indeed a veteran in politics.
