A fire broke out in the outskirts of Hyderabad in a massive movie set erected for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next film Syeraa. There’s no one in the set when the accident took place and the estimated loss is calculated to be Rs 3 crores. Though there are speculations that the makers are done with the shoot in the set, the real news is different. A schedule is left to be shot in this massive set. Art director Rajeevan has been asked to reconstruct the set which is partly burnt and the makers promised to provide the budget for the same.
With the set built using treated grass and fibre, it was flammable and was not completely burnt. Ram Charan issued a statement on this and the last schedule will commence soon. The entire shoot of Syeraa will be completed by the end of this month. Surendar Reddy is the director and Nayanthara is the heroine. Konidela Production Company is producing this big-budget film which will release during Dasara.
