The Cyberabad Crime Police have taken serious view of TV 9 Chief Executive Officer Ravi Prakash who has not appeared before them for questioning today. Ravi Prakash was served notice regarding this already but he didn’t turn up by the scheduled time. With this, the police decided to give notice to him once again. Similar notice will also be given to political activist Shivaji for skipping questioning in the same case.
The crime police are investigating into a case that was registered based on a complaint by the Alanda Media Company, the new management of TV 9. Alanda accused Ravi Prakash of committing forgery and diverting the funds of TV 9 without authorisation. They also charged Ravi with misusing the data of the company and not cooperating with the new management which acuired majority stake.
