Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is attending YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s swearing-in in Vijayawada on May 30 noon. Later in the evening, KCR along with Jagan will leave for Delhi to attend PM Modi’s swearing-in. Jagan is stated to have taken a decision in this regard already.
KCR has been making his future steps very cautiously to win the favour of Modi. Prior to results, KCR asserted that no alliance will get majority at the Centre and his Federal Front will have an advantage to play kingmaker role. But the scene has totally reversed with BJP on it own getting enough majority.
Now, KCR has no choice but to change his strategies and maintain cordial relations with the BJP. For the last few days, KCR is very friendly with Jagan. By going to Modi’s swearing-in jointly, KCR and Jagan want to send a signal that they remain united to play as a key pressure group in national politics.
