Different ways of tackling things will lead to different results. That was the way things turned out in Amethi. Though a stronghold of the Congress Party, BJP used Amethi to its advantage. While BJP lost the seat, it did not give up developmental activities after 2014. So, the people of Amethi saw more of Smrithi Irani, instead of Rahul Gandhi. So, the voters chose BJP over Congress.

Now, news is that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has asked for all the developmental activities that were taken up in Kuppam in the last five years. Accordingly, the panchayat raj officials are preparing reports for Jagan.

Once Jagan goes through them, he will come up with a special strategy for Kuppam. And if like in Amethi, he manages to impress the voters, then it will be a tough time for TDP head to win in Kuppam.
