Andhra Pradesh Government yesterday sanctioned an amount of Rs 24,50,000 for the security arrangements at Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s residence at Lotus Pond, Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.
The order was released by the government of Andhra Pradesh yesterday, 22nd July, with GO.RT number 160. Out of this 24.5 lacs, 12.5 class will be spent on security arrangements for Jagan Lotus on residency by installing CC cameras , CCTV room etc. Remaining 12 lacs will be spent to construct police barracks, toilets etc .
The government order was made public by some media ( not Telugu media) and the Netizens wondered why the public money is spent for the security at a private residence. Some others even remarked that the public money of the people of Andhra Pradesh is spent for providing security for house which is in the state of Telangana. it seems the recent remarks of Jagan about spending public money cautiously are merely a lip service.
