The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders in Telangana and Andhra are up in arms against the KCR-Jagan duo. Whatever the two Telugu CMs are proposing, the BJP leaders here are opposing totally. Of course, KCR and Jagan are least bothered about these leaders because they are meeting PM Modi to get approval for their projects and programmes. In just a matter of two days difference, the two CMs are meeting PM separately apparently to push their joint project for Godavari water diversion to Srisailam dam.
BJP Telangana leaders are accusing KCR-Jagan of launching a new conspiracy to loot public money in the name of this nearly Rs 1 lakh crore Godavari-Srisailam dam project. BJP state president K. Laxman went on record saying a complete no to the two CMs’ master plan.
Laxman has said that with his illogical plans and projects, KCR has already pushed a surplus Telangana state into deeper debts and a financial crisis. From now on, the BJP will start agitations and do whatever it takes to stop KCR from causing further harm to Telangana. Even Andhra is in debts. Amid BJP allegations, KCR is expected to ask Modi for financial help to AP-Telangana joint project.
