CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy rushed to Delhi obviously without getting prior appointments of Union Ministers. Especially, he is not able to get prior appointment of Union Home Minister Amit Shah even by evening. Still, the AP Bhavan authorities are expecting a call from the Amit Shah Office. Jagan is waiting to meet Shah as and when he gets appointment tonight or tomorrow. It is clear that Jagan’s top priority in his present visit is to meet Shah.
Apparently, AP CM’s personal issues are expected to dominate the meeting more than the state interests.
Quite surprisingly, Jagan could not get appointments of even Union Law and Power Ministers. Actually, he reached Delhi in early afternoon. Jagan had to keep waiting at the Andhra Bhavan.
Jagan Media and Sakshi also kept unusually silent all through the day on the CM meetings with Union Ministers. They gave elaborate curtain raisers on his visit but now they are not reporting on the progress of the CM visit.
