The Family Man franchise happens to be one of the best web series made by Indian filmmakers. The directors’ duo Raj and DK are rushed with several offers and they are now focused on web content more than on films. Raj Nidumoru and Krishna DK are now all set to collaborate with Netflix for a web series and it is titled Guns and Gulaabs. The duo will produce Guns and Gulaabs in D2R Films along with Netflix.

Guns and Gulaabs is a crime thriller that is set in 1990s and is blended well with entertainment and romance. The duo partnered with Netflix in the past for Cinema Bandi, a web film that received critical acclaim. Rajkummar Rao is confirmed as one of the lead actors and there are rumors that Dulquer Salman, Adarsh Gourav will be seen in other prominent roles. Raj and DK recently completed a web series for Amazon featuring Shahid Kapoor and Rashi Khanna in the lead roles.
