TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu worshipped Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh on Friday morning. Accompanied by his wife Bhuvaneswari and former minister Amarnath Reddy, Chandrababu Naidu reached the temple and offered prayers to the presiding deity.
He said he had prayed for the welfare of the people of Andhra Pradesh. He wanted India to be the number one country in the world and Telugus to be in number one place in the world. He wanted to see the Telugu people prospering in the world.
Naidu said that he had been working for the welfare and development of the Telugu people. He said he dedicated his life for the development of the Telugu people across the world. His hard work had made several Telugu people scale new heights over the years, he said.
He would rededicate his life for the welfare and development of the Telugu people in the days to come. He said he would soon announce his action plan for Andhra Pradesh and come back to the people.
Chandrababu Naidu said that Lord Venkateswara had saved him last time when Naxalites planned an attack on him. He said that Naxalites planted 24 mines to attack him, and he survived from it because of the blessings of Lord Venkateswara.
The TDP chief said that he would give his best for the uplift of the Telugu people and seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara.
Earlier, when Naidu arrived at Tirumala, thousands of TDP activists welcomed him. They raised slogans in support of Chandrababu Naidu.
