Kannada director Prashanth Neel shot to nationwide fame with KGF franchise. Both the films are massive hits and they introduced a new style of heroism for the Indian audience. Brutal villainism, lavish visuals, presenting the theme in a different light and heart-touching emotions along with strong technical aspects have been the biggest strengths of Prashanth Neel. His last film Salaar received criticism as the film had the impact of KGF. Prashanth Neel penned the script for Bagheera and the film features Sri Murali, Rukmini Vasanth and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. Bagheera is a high voltage action entertainer and a hero arises for the society.
The trailer is out today and it clearly hints that Prashanth Neel is banking on KGF image. The visuals are lavish and the presentations sound similar to that of Prashanth Neel. He only penned the script and did not direct the film. DR Suri is the director and KGF producers Hombale Films spent lavishly on the film. The basic plot has nothing new but the action stunts are presented on a powerful note. Prashanth Neel has spent enough time for the film during his breaks. The film is now releasing on October 31st across the globe.
