Veteran Tollywood producer Burugapally Siva Rama Krishna has produced Telugu films like Premante Idera, Yuvaraju, Seetharathnamgari Abbayi, Sriram and Daruvu. He ventured into real estate business and skipped films after Daruvu. Burugapally Siva Rama Krishna has been facing allegations of forgery in a land case and he was arrested. He is accused of forging documents of 83 acres land in Raidurgam region (Survey no 43) of Hyderabad. The land is owned by the Archeology Department and is worth hundreds of crores. The case has been under investigation for two decades and it reached Supreme Court. The Apex court said that the documents owned by Burugapally Siva Rama Krishna are fake and are forged documents.

Burugapally Siva Rama Krishna, M Lingaiah and K Chandrasekhar are arrested in the case and they are released on bail. The State Archeology Department filed a case in 2003 and the investigation took two decades. The Supreme Court made it clear that the documents are fake. Upon the investigation, it is clarified that Burugapally Siva Rama Krishna along with others created fake documents and tried to grab the land. Burugapally Siva Rama Krishna owns some of the expensive properties in Hyderabad and his family is into construction business from the past few years.
