Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan transformed himself to essay the role of an army major in Amaran. The film is based on the life story of Major Mukund Varadarajan. Rajkumar Periasamy is the director and Sai Pallavi is the leading lady. Legendary actor and filmmaker Kamal Haasan is on board to bankroll Amaran in association with Sony Pictures. The film’s trailer is unveiled and it is a perfect blend of action, family drama with emotional content. Sivakarthikeyan looks super fit in the role of an Army Major in the film. He has done action stunts with ease and his body language suits the role well. A major portion of the film is shot in the valleys of Kashmir and Amaran has a brilliant support from the crafts of music and cinematography.
