Dulquer Salmaan has made a name for putting sincere and honest efforts in every film he does. He is coming up with Lucky Baskhar set to release on 31st October, making Diwali even more special. Proving his sincerity towards his craft he apologised for not dubbing with his own voice in the trailer.
Generally, several actors take pride in dubbing in their own voice in every language, they act. They think of it as their “complete performance”. While it is common to have a voice actor dub for an actor in a language unknown to them or if their voice doesn’t suit the character, few actors don’t agree for such a thing.
Dulquer is one such an actor. Giving an explanation, he said, “I was unwell for most of this year and did not find enough time to complete dubbing for the movie in all languages. I promise to everyone of you that in the film, you would be hearing to my voice, only.”
He clearly stated that he doesn’t like someone else’s voice being dubbed over his performance. The actor also shared that he is happy with Lucky Baskhar and is thrilled to show the film to everyone for Diwali weekend.
Venky Atluri has written and directed the film. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are producing the film on Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, respectively.
