Nandamuri Balakrishna has been planning to construct a film studio on his name from a long time. His proposals in Andhra Pradesh went pending after YSRCP came to power. As per the latest update, the Telangana government is in plans to approve the proposal of Balakrishna and allocate a land for his film studio near Hyderabad. The final decision will be made by the government very soon and the developments are said to be quite positive. The Revenue Department has sent all the proposals of Balakrishna to the Telangana Chief Secretary.

The approval for the studio is expected very soon. Considering the huge demand, Balakrishna has been planning to set up a top class studio with all the needed facilities of filmmaking. If Balakrishna mounts pressure on the AP government, it would be an easy task for the government to approve the proposal of the Nandamuri actor. He may face criticism if he sets up a film studio in AP and hence Balakrishna is keen of a film studio in Telangana. On the work front, Balakrishna is busy wrapping up his next film directed by Bobby Kolli. The film is slated for January 12th, 2025 release.
