Sivakarthikeyan dedicated a good time on his upcoming film Amaran which is a biographical war film based on the life of Major Mukund Varadarajan.
When asked whether he ever wanted to become an army man, the actor replied saying, “I always wanted to become an IPS officer, inspired by my father, who was a police officer. To most, their father is a hero, and I grew up seeing him in uniform. Now, I find myself playing various roles on screen such as police officer, doctor, college student, and now an army man.”
Sai Pallavi who played Mukund’s wife named Indhu Rebecca Varghese. The actress says she fell in love with the character, the moment she heard the story.
The movie directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and produced by Kamal Haasan’s RKFI and Sony Pictures Films India is slated for release on the 31st of this month.
The promotional material received a tremendous response, and the prospects are quite high for the movie.
