Sunny Leone known as Karenjit Kaur Weber has bought an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for Rs 8 crores according to property records. The transaction was registered in February 2025. The office is located in Veer Signature, a commercial development by Veer Group, situated in the Oshiwara area known for its vibrant lifestyle and proximity to the Lokhandwala Complex. The purchased office has a carpet area of 176.98 square meters (1,904.91 square feet) and a built-up area of 194.67 square meters (2,095 square feet), along with three parking spaces. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of 35.01 lakh rupees and 30,000 rupees in registration charges. Sunny Leone Weber bought the office from Anand Pandit, a renowned film producer, distributor, and real estate developer who has backed projects like Total Dhamaal, Chehre, and The Big Bull. Veer Signature spans 0.53 acres and offers office spaces ranging from 59.21 square meters.
