Young music composer Thaman has been working with Nandamuri Balakrishna from the past few films and he played a crucial role in the success of those films. Nandamuri fans even named him Nandamuri Thaman for his outstanding work. Balakrishna and his wife too called him with that name in public events. Thaman’s contribution through the background score and songs for the films Akhanda, Veerasimha Reddy, Bhagavanth Kesari and Daaku Maharaaj has been immense. Paying respect for his work, Balakrishna gifted an expensive Porsche car for Thaman.
A music director receiving an expensive gift from the lead actor is a rare achievement in Indian cinema. Thaman is also composing the music for Balakrishna’s upcoming movie Akhanda 2. The music sessions are underway and the film directed by Boyapati Sreenu is slated for Dasara release. Apart from this, Thaman is also working for some of the biggest Telugu films. He is currently in his best phase as a music composer.
