The coming New Year Day will be decisive for two youngsters – Ram and Naga Shaurya – as their upcoming films will hit the screens on the same day. Both of them are going through a tough phase in their careers as their recent outings failed miserably at the box office. They will be aiming to bounce back strongly.

Energetic hero Ram, whose career is battered by back to back debacles, is now looking to start a fresh career with Nenu Shailaja – touted to be a refreshing romantic tale with realistic narration. Kishore Tirumala, who made a silent debut with Second Hand, is the director for the film and Keerthy Suresh plays the female lead in the film. The first look posters and the audio generated a superb buzz on the film.

On the other hand, handsome lad Naga Shaurya, who made a promising debut with ‘Oohalu Gusagusalade’, has failed to continue his success streak. His upcoming film Abbayi Tho Ammayi, a trendy love story, is all set for a grand release. The film will have a decent release in Overseas as well. Maestro Illayaraja’s music is a special attraction for the film and Ramesh Varma is the director for the film. Palak Lalvani is making her debut with this film.

Let’s us hope both these films will fare well and bring the youngsters out from the rough patch.
