Mohan Babu has been operating out of an office in the Madhapur area since the last few years. This sprawling four storey building has been serving as the Base for MB Corp activities as well as those of Manchu Manoj and Manchu Lakshmi.

But quite suddenly, this base has been shifted to Manikonda area. A new office is almost ready there and work has been going on for the past many months. Already, the office has been partially operating for the last month or so.

Sources say that Mohan Babu blamed the Madhapur office’s poor vasthu for the string of bad runs at the Box Office for MB Corp. He has also gifted his Filmnagar house to Lakshmi and shifted to Shamshabad last year.

Will this change of address bring some much needed luck to Mohan Babu and his banner? That remains to be seen.
