Director Gopichand Malineni, who directed Don Seenu, Body Guard and Pandaga Chesko, was supposed to team up with Varun Tej for a sports drama. Unfortunately, the project didn’t materialize due to various reasons and recently it was confirmed that he will helm Sai Dharam Tej’s next project.
The latest we hear is that the pre production work for the film has commenced and the regular shooting will flag off in mid Summer. Happening beauty Rakul Preet Singh will play Sai’s love interest in the film. Popular producers Nallamalapu Bujji and Tagore Madhu will shepherd this project.
Ace music composer SS Thaman will render the tunes. More details about the project are yet to be received.
