Sravanthi Ravi Kishore is one of the more well known faces in the Industry. He has been around for a while and he has seen his own share of highs and lows. Apparently, this producer has a rather eccentric habit when it comes to feedback.

In film circles, the concept of ‘bhajana’ (sycophantic praise) is very common. But this does not work in Sravanthi Ravi Kishore’s case. There have reportedly been many instances when this veteran producer gave out big sums of cash to technicians and people who pointed out flaws in his films and upcoming projects.

There is even one story of an assistant director who wanted to leave the compound by picking up a fight. So he decided to be brutally honest and ripped apart a film that was still being shot. Rather than punish him, Ravi Kishore reportedly gave him a cash award of 1 lakh!
