As the entire nation is waiting with a bated breath to witness the sequel of India’s biggest motion picture, Baahubali, the makers of the film are sketching out plans to build a legacy around the movie, just like the popular American fantasy drama TV series ‘Game Of Thrones’.
Speaking to an international magazine, Shobhu Yarlagadda, one of the producers of Baahubali, revealed that they want to make Baahubali a brand, not just limiting it to a cinematic experience, but something more. He stated that the team is in plans to introduce a live action Television based animation series like ‘Game of Thrones’. He added that they are in talks with national broadcasters and their plans will come into reality after the release of the much awaited sequel which is slated to hit the screens next year.
Arka Media Works, the production house behind this magnum opus, has already decided to publish a comic book series on Baahubali which will be unveiled later this year. The SS Rajamouli directional has completed 60 percent of its shoot for the conclusion part. The film boasts an ensemble cast in the form of Rana, Prabhas, Anushka, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishna and few others.
